These terms apply to your use of peakhydration.co.za and to any enquiry, order or purchase you make with us. The website is operated by WOTA ENTERPRISE (PTY) LTD (registration number 2024/237685/07), a private company registered in South Africa and trading as Peak Hydration ("we", "us"). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Using the website
You may use the website for personal and lawful business purposes. You may not misuse it, interfere with how it works, try to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to send unlawful, harmful or misleading content.
Product information
We take care to keep product information accurate, but product images are for illustration, and packaging, labels and availability may change. The mineral content shown on the website reflects our product specification. The label on the bottle in your hand is the reference for that bottle.
Peak Hydration is drinking water. Information on this website is general information about our products and is not medical, dietary or professional advice. If you have a medical condition or specific dietary needs, speak to a qualified health professional.
Stockists and availability
The store locator lists businesses that stock Peak Hydration. Stock, SKUs, prices and trading hours are set by each stockist and can change, so please check with the store before you visit. Stockists are independent businesses and are not our agents.
Enquiries and forms
Our contact and stockist forms open WhatsApp with your message filled in, and nothing is sent to us until you send it. Sending an enquiry or a stockist application does not create an order or an agreement. Stockist applications, pricing, minimum quantities and supply terms are confirmed separately in writing, and we may accept or decline any application. How we handle the information you share is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Online orders
When online ordering is available, the following applies to purchases made through the website:
- Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error, in which case we will refund any amount you have paid.
- Prices and payment. Prices are in South African rand and include VAT where applicable. Delivery fees are shown before you pay. Payment is taken by a secure third-party payment provider, and we do not store your full card details.
- Delivery. We deliver to the areas shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates. Please check your order when it arrives and let us know of any damage or missing items as soon as possible. Ownership and risk pass to you on delivery.
- Cancellations and returns. Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, the cooling-off right for online purchases does not apply to beverages intended for everyday consumption. If a product is defective, damaged, unsafe or not what you ordered, contact us within the period allowed by the Consumer Protection Act and we will replace it or refund you, in line with your rights under that Act.
- Your rights. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other South African law that cannot be excluded.
Promotions and marketing
Competitions, discounts and promotions may have their own rules, which will be published with the promotion and apply alongside these terms. We will only send you marketing messages in line with our Privacy Policy, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Intellectual property
The Peak Hydration name, logo, packaging design, photographs, text and other content on this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written consent.
Other websites
The website links to other services, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and online maps. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Liability
We provide the website as it is and do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. This does not limit our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including under the Consumer Protection Act.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date it took effect at the top, is the one that applies.
