What is remineralised water?
Remineralised water is water that has been purified and then had minerals added back. Peak Hydration is purified through seven stages that remove up to 99% of dissolved solids, then infused with essential minerals from ancient rock deposits, a natural source of electrolytes, and finished at a gentle alkaline pH of 7.6.
Is Peak Hydration mineral water?
It's mineral-infused water. In South Africa, "natural mineral water" describes water bottled straight from an underground source. Peak Hydration is purified first and then infused with minerals, so its mineral profile is measured and identical in every bottle.
What does Peak Hydration taste like?

What does the purification remove?
